Isaac's father, Adam, is expected to pay tribute to his son at the service on Sunday at Aberffraw's St Beuno's Church at 16:00 BST. His parents, Adam and Zoe, and siblings attended the service at Aberffraw's St Beuno's Church on Sunday.
Mr Nash is due to be joined by his wife, Zoe, and Isaac's siblings, Xander and Greta. They were joined by so many members of the community some were forced to stand in the churchyard.
Rescue teams and members of the community who helped search for Isaac before the hunt was scaled down earlier this month are expected to attend the service, led by Rev Emlyn Williams. Rev Emlyn Williams told the congregation Isaac's family wanted the service to be a celebration of the schoolboy's life and to thank the community in Anglesey for their help in trying to find him.
The search for Isaac was scaled down earlier this month.
