Jesus christ is their something wrong with this man..., ah yes he has a sydrome called common sense, commonly frowned upon by our "supremely intelligent" government. I personally have got to say this is great, lets see how many people actually get off their backsides and find work now, just at the sheer thought of doing these mundane jobs.
