A second man is being questioned about the murder in County Tyrone of Shaun Fitzpatrick. Police investigating the murder in County Tyrone of Shaun Fitzpatrick have been granted more time to question two suspects.
The man was arrested in Dungannon on Monday evening. A 21-year-old remains in custody. A 21-year-old man was arrested shortly after Mr Fitzpatrick's body was found in an alleyway off the Donaghmore Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
