Fire crews are expected to be at the site well into Wednesday evening. The fire started at about 1000 BST and a spokesman for Hereford and Worcester Fire Service said they would possibly remain at the scene for the next 48 hours.
"It is a deep seated fire and we cannot gain access to the building because of its impending collapse," he added.
