The first EU referendum results declared in the West of England have seen a split between both camps. EU referendum results declared in the West of England so far have seen a split between both camps.
Voters in Swindon backed leaving the European Union, while those in Stroud voted to remain. Voters in Swindon, West Somerset, South Somerset, Gloucester and the Forest of Dean backed leaving the European Union.
Those in Bristol, Stroud, Cotswold and Bath and North East Somerset have voted to remain.
