Armed man 'seen roaming streets' Roaming gunman 'still on the run'

Armed police have been deployed in a Berkshire town following reports of a man roaming the streets with a gun. A gunman seen roaming the streets of a Berkshire town is still at large despite a huge police operation.
Officers received a report of a man wandering in Bower Way, Cippenham, Slough at 1446 BST. It is believed the man made threats to a number of people. Armed officers and the force helicopter were deployed following reports of a man with a gun in Bower Way, Cippenham, Slough at 1446 BST.
Armed response units, local Thames Valley Police officers and a police helicopter have been deployed to a block of flats where the man was seen. It is believed the man, who was seen running into a block of flats, made threats to a number of people.
Roads were closed and children kept in Police confirmed at 1824 BST they had not found the man who is descried as aged 35 to 44 with tattoos on his arms.
