A father has said his 10-year-old son is "very lucky" to survive being stabbed in the neck. A 10-year-old boy who was stabbed in the neck by "some random person" was lucky to survive, his father has said.
The child was attacked by a man on Belper Street, Leicester, on Saturday afternoon while helping his mother park her car. The child was attacked as he helped his mother reverse into a parking space in Belper Street, Leicester, on Saturday.
