A pedestrian was hit by a car and killed Saturday night in Montgomery County, police said. | |
The man died at the scene, at New Hampshire Avenue and Lockwood Drive in the White Oak area, according to police. | |
Police said he was hit a few minutes after 9 p.m. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene. | |
The victim was identified as Hector Ruben Caballero Herrera, 49, of an unknown address. Police said they were unable to contact Herrera’s family, and asked anyone with information about him to contact them at 240-773-6620. | |
