Wallace was arrested by police in Lurgan, County Armagh, in August 2006 after he breached his probation conditions. Wallace previously breached his conditions in August last year and was arrested in Lurgan.

They are appealing to Wallace to hand himself in. He may be with a woman in her sixties.
