After being released on bail again, he told reporters outside the police station: "I want the police to charge me and I want Tony Blair to be impeached." On that occasion he drove his seven-tonne Peterbilt truck around Whitehall, but was arrested for allegedly breaching the peace, driving without due care and attention and staging an unauthorised protest.
'Not for publicity'
After being released on bail again on Thursday, he told reporters: "I want the police to charge me and I want Tony Blair to be impeached.
"I am a public figure and this is about keeping it in the news.
"If Prince Harry goes to Iraq, it's ridiculous."
Eubank's solicitor, Mark Stephens, denied his client was just courting publicity, saying he was "behaving as a responsible citizen".
