Two lanes were closed during the morning rush hour on the A4232 Cardiff link road after a crash between Leckwith and Cardiff Bay Retail Park. | |
Meanwhile, Newport Road, a main route into the west of the city, has also reopened after a big spillage of oil. | |
A van shed several hundred litres on the Southern Distributor Road. | |
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the van was the only vehicle involved and Highways Agency attended the scene to help with the clean-up. | |
