A woman who lives in the area told BBC London 94.9: "We had a killing further up at the bakery a couple of years ago, so [feeling] shaky. It's terrible." Jimmy's father, Barry Mizen, said: "It came as a great shock because it's a few hundred yards away [from where Jimmy was stabbed].
"Our hearts go out to the family."
Mr Mizen asked people to help the police and added: "We are urging people to come together, stand together and let's bring peace in the community."
