The doctor's younger brother, Gilbert Anyetei, is travelling at the weekend from South Africa, where he lives, to be with the rest of the family.
"She was such a sweet person - she wouldn't have any enemies at all," he told BBC Radio Kent.
"I just want to know what was the reason behind the murder - why they did that to her in the manner that they did."

He said he had last seen Dr Anyetei in July, when he was in England for a family wedding.
"She was supposed to come and visit me in Johannesburg on 1 December with her family and she was very excited," he said.
