Coastal areas of Wales battered by high winds and heavy rain in recent weeks have been warned to prepare for further disruption. Fire crews are responding as high winds across south and west Wales have brought down trees and caused damage.

Storm surge
Ten people had to be rescued from a bus after waves knocked it off the road on Saturday evening. Police are investigating the incident.
Ceredigion council said on Monday that repairs to Aberystwyth promenade following damage in a storm surge in January had held up in the latest weekend of bad weather.
A spokeswoman said: "The council and its agency partners are monitoring the weather forecast and we have staff either on standby at the required location if and when necessary, or ready to mobilise. Currently we are monitoring the situation."
She added the council was looking to carry out as much repair work as possible before the next round of high tides at the end of February.
