Fire crews are responding as high winds across south and west Wales bring down trees and damage buildings. More than 1,300 homes in south, west and mid Wales are without power as high winds return to the region.
The A465 Heads Of The Valleys road is closed at the Hirwaun roundabout after a number of vehicles are reported to have hit a fallen tree. Western Power Distribution said homes in Cardiff, Carmarthenshire, Powys, Pembrokeshire and Neath Port Talbot were affected on Tuesday night.
