Two men have been seriously injured in a crash involving a motorcycle and a truck towing a boat in Ceredigion. A motorcyclist has died in a crash involving another motorbike and a van in Carmarthenshire, say police.
Emergency services were called to the collision on the B4548 at Gwbert, near Cardigan, at 13:19 BST on Saturday. The 49-year-old died in hospital in Swansea following the crash on the B4297 at Llanedi near Forest at 10:10 BST.
Mid and West Wales Fire Service said firefighters were called to free the two people travelling on the motorbike who were trapped beneath the tow truck. Meanwhile, two riders were seriously hurt when their machine collided with a truck towing a boat in Ceredigion.
One man has been airlifted to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. Emergency services were called to the collision on the B4548 at Gwbert, near Cardigan, at 13:19 BST.
