Shirley Kay is expecting the couple's sixth child

Mr Kay, a crane driver and former Army cadet, cycled to work on the same route for 14 months.
Police said the driver may be unaware of the accident.

Det Insp Simon Davies said CCTV images showed a large number of pedestrians and motorists in the area at the time.
He said: "People have come forward and given us new lines of inquiry, which we are following up. We need people to continue to come forward to fill in the missing parts of the jigsaw."
