An initiative to tackle anti-social behaviour is to be launched by the family of murder victim Harry Holland. An initiative to tackle anti-social behaviour has been launched by Security Minister Paul Goggins.
Mr Holland was stabbed in the head with a screwdriver near his home in Norfolk Drive last September. He launched the initiative along with the family of murdered greengrocer Harry Holland, who was stabbed near his home in Norfolk Drive last September.

Mr Holland's sister Geraldine McAteer said they hoped the West Belfast Community Confidence Forum would have a positive impact. Mr Goggins said a more co-ordinated community response was needed to deal with the problem.
"The message from all parts of the community is the same - everyone wants something done to make their streets safer," he said.
"Experience tells us that the answer can not simply be imposed. It requires a practical partnership at local level. Everyone has a part to play."
Mr Holland's sister Geraldine McAteer said they hoped the move would have a positive impact.

Security Minister Paul Goggins and the area's MP, Gerry Adams, will join the Holland family to support the initiative. Mr McGreevy died in hospital after being attacked outside his Ross Street flat on 15 March.
