(35 minutes later)
Missing five-year-old Ashya King and his family have been found in Spain, Hampshire Police have said. A five-year-old boy with a brain tumour whose parents removed him from hospital against medical consent has been found.
Spanish police are now questioning the boy's parents, for whom a European arrest warrant had been issued. Ashya King was located in Spain and that his mother and father were being questioned by local police, Hampshire Police confirmed.
Ashya, who has a brain tumour, had been taken out of Southampton General Hospital by his mother and father against medical advice. Brett and Naghemeh King took Ashya from hospital in Southampton on Thursday and the three had been last seen boarding a ferry to France.
Police in Hampshire could not confirm what condition the boy was in nor where in Spain the family was found. Hampshire Police could not confirm what condition the boy was in when found.
Concerns for Ashya's health had grown because he is fed through a complex unit whose batteries, designed only for temporary use and not easily replaced, might have run out.
Situation 'very serious'
A European arrest warrant had been issued earlier for his parents after they took Ashya from Southampton General Hospital.
Earlier, officers said they thought his family had "taken steps to be able to feed him".Earlier, officers said they thought his family had "taken steps to be able to feed him".
It was feared the battery on Ashya's medical feeding unit, which was designed only for temporary use and was not easy to replace, had run out. Police had said it was unclear whether Ashya's parents had spare batteries.

The arrest warrant was "based around neglect", said Mr Shead.
