Chinese woman has intense public meltdown after being dumped through text message in Hong Kong

A young Chinese woman was overcome by emotion after being dumped by her long-term boyfriend through text on the messaging app WeChat. Her meltdown took place in the popular area of Tsim Sha Tsui, which resulted in lots of attention from passers-by. Watch the public tantrum below. It is reported that she screamed, “Someone beat me to death please! I’ve known him for 26 years! Do you guys understand? You are useless! Useless!” Despite these claims of knowing her ex-boyfriend for 26 years; the woman was later identified as a 24-year-old from Maoming. The young woman continued ranting, embracing her inner Elvis Presley, shouting “I don’t want to live anymore” and “My heart is here! My soul is at home! My lover is at home.” Heartbreak can make you go loco; and the Hong Kong authorities acted accordingly. Police eventually arrived on the scene and tied the woman to a stretcher before being taken to hospital. |
