Monkey can’t recall Bradby doing a report for News at Ten for two months and counting. Along with missing the meaty summer budget in July, he looks destined to miss all of the lengthy disaster movie otherwise known as the Labour leadership contest. Bradby, who has had a more shocking summer than most, tends to have a decent break after clocking up hours covering parliament. But this year his holiday has been longer than the MPs he reports on. As rotas are being inked and newsroom tectonic plates are shifting to accommodate Bradby, some are wondering wherefore art thou Tom? |
