Matt Jones, 24, a personal trainer, and footballers Matthew Grimstone and Jacob Schilt, of Worthing United FC, died when the plane crashed on to the busy road at 13:20 BST.
The pilot Andy Hill, 51, from Sandon, near Buntingford in Hertfordshire, remains in a critical condition in hospital, having been pulled from the burning wreckage.
