A man, 52, and a woman, 53, are in hospital in critical and serious conditions, West Midlands Police said.

Mr Rogers will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court.

The ambulance service said it was called to the scene involving three cars at about 18:35 BST and found a man on the road with multiple serious injuries.
