Geoffrey Midmore, 26, of London, and his brother Billy, 22, have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm with intent. Geoffrey Midmore, 26, of London, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
He has also been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm with intent along with his brother, Billy Midmore, 22.
Carla Whitlock, 37, was attacked in Guildhall Square, Southampton, on 18 September.
She suffered serious burns to her face, neck and arms and has been told she may not regain the sight in one eye.
Both men are due to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
They were arrested in Kent on Monday.
A 33-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
