Stormont crisis talks: Week three to begin with focus on paramilitaries

The issue of how to deal with paramilitaries will be on the agenda when inter-party talks on Stormont's political crisis reconvene later. Secretary Of State Theresa Villiers, who is chairing the talks, has left the Conservative Party conference in Manchester and returned to Belfast. On Sunday, she said a deal must be done in the coming weeks as the talks cannot continue until Christmas. Last week, Prime Minister David Cameron set the end of October as a deadline.
