Version 0 of 1.

Detectives are looking for a gray or white Ford Mustang with a racing stripe in a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run in Oxon Hill, Prince George’s County police said.

Officers found a man in the roadway in the 6600 block of Livingston Road about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday suffering critical injuries, police said. The man was not in the crosswalk when a car traveling north struck him and did not stop, police said.

The man, who has not been identified, was taken to a hospital, where he later died, police said.

Police said the Mustang they are looking for may have damage to its front end.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about this case to call 301-731-4422 or, to remain anonymous, 1-866-411-TIPS.
