Two teens arrested after Leesburg gas station is robbed twice
Version 0 of 1. Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with two robberies of the same Leesburg, Va. gas station, the town police said Saturday. In the first of the two holdups, one of two robbers wore all black clothing and a clown mask, the police said. Only one robber was seen in the second robbery, the police said.What appeared to be a handgun was shown in each, according to a police account. The robberies occurred Oct. 7 and Aug. 25, at a Sunoco station in the 600 block of East Market Street, the police said. The teenagers arrested, both male, were 16 and 17, the police said. They said each was charged with two counts of armed robbery. A search of the home of one of the youths turned up a clown mask and an air pistol, the police said. |
