Two Sheffield men, aged 40 and 36, are being questioned at a police station in West Yorkshire. A Sheffield man, aged 40, remains in police custody while another man from the city, aged 36, has been bailed.
In addition, a 55-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man from Batley were arrested over suspected terrorist fundraising. Both were arrested on suspicion of an offence under Section 5 of the Terrorism Act - preparation to commit an act of terrorism.
In a separate development, a 23-year-old man has been arrested under the Terrorism Act in east London. A 55-year-old woman and a man, 44, from Batley arrested over suspected terrorist fundraising were bailed.
