Version 0 of 1.

The body of a man who was last seen alive two weeks ago was found Thursday in a place on the Maryland eastern shore called Eden.

Maryland state police said the man had been stabbed to death, and said three people had been arrested in the matter.

All three may have been in business with the victim, the police said.

The slain man was identified as Damon G. Jennings, 22, of Baltimore, the police said.

One of those arrested was identified by the police as Elijah Carroll, 22, of Baltimore. The police said Carroll was charged with murder.

The two others arrested were Kevin Nixon, 22 of Princess Anne, and Jazzmine Morton, 21, of Baltimore, the police said. They said Nixon and Morton were each charged with accessory after the fact of murder.

Nixon was arrested Thursday night, the police said, and the other two were arrested Friday afternoon.

Investigators thought that all three suspects worked with Jennings in an event promotions business, the state police said.

They said no motive in the killing has been determined.

Jennings had been reported missing earlier this month to the Baltimore police, authorities said. The state police said he was last seen on the night of Oct. 15.

The matter remains under investigation, state police said.

Maryland’s Eden is about 10 miles southwest of Salisbury, on Route 13.
