BOWIE, Queen Anne Bridge Road, 17100 block, Oct. 13. A woman found two dogs tied to her fence when she returned home. The dogs had been left with food and a note. An animal control officer removed a 2-year-old Maltese poodle mix and a 1-year-old Chihuahua. They were not claimed by their owner. The Maltese was taken to a rescue group, and adoption applications were pending for the Chihuahua.
