A Belgian judge has issued a European and international arrest warrant for a man named as Mohamed Abrini, 30, in connection with the Paris attacks. The suspected ringleader of the Paris attacks was at the Bataclan theatre during a siege there, prosecutors say.
Prosecutor Francois Molins said mobile phone data also showed Abaaoud returned to the scenes of shootings at cafes and restaurants.
He added there was evidence that Abaaoud was planning an attack on Paris's La Defense business district.

French prosecutor Francois Molins also gave an update on the investigation on Tuesday, saying that the presumed ringleader of the 13 November attacks, Abdelhamid Abbaoud, is thought to have been planning a suicide attack on Paris's La Defense business district on 18 or 19 November.
