Three American women — two students and a health care worker — died Wednesday in a bus crash as they headed to an airport for a flight home after a volunteer mission in Honduras, American and Honduran officials said. Their identities were not immediately made public. Twelve other Americans were hurt. In a statement Wednesday, Columbia University said the bus was carrying students from Columbia and Barnard College. The group Global Brigades organized the mission.
