A car driver has been taken to hospital following a collision with a double-decker bus in north London. Seven people needed hospital treatment after a collision between a double-decker bus and a car in north London.

Bus passengers were being assessed at the scene. A "significant incident" was declared by emergency services. Most of those taken to hospital had minor injuries, said the ambulance service. Two other people were treated at the scene.
The Met Police said London Road had been closed from Cecil Road to Southbury Road due to the collision. A "significant incident" was declared by emergency services. London Road was partly closed after the crash.
The ambulance service said earlier the car driver was among those injured.
