Michigan man watched porn while driving before fatal car crash

Version 0 of 1. A man who died after rolling his car was watching pornography while driving, the Michigan State Police Department have said. Clifford Ray Jones, 58, was not wearing trousers or his seat belt when he lost control and crashed his 1996 Toyota in Detroit on Sunday, Fox 2 News reports. Michigan State Police said he had been watching pornography on his smart phone and masturbating while driving. He was reportedly "partially ejected" through the car's sunroof and died on the scene. No one else was injured. Michigan State Police lieutenant Mike Shaw said it was the strangest form of distraction he'd encountered. He told CBS Detroit: “We see people putting on makeup. We see people doing different things as far as hygiene, as far as reading books. "There’s so much technology out there. A lot of people are more paying attention to what they’re doing other than driving their cars.” |
