Two people have been injured after a motorbike stunt went wrong at the SSE Hydro arena in Glasgow. Two men, reportedly volunteers from the audience, have been injured after a motorbike stunt went wrong at the SSE Hydro arena in Glasgow.
It happened at about 20:40, during a performance by the Nitro Circus, which is touring Europe. A bike failed to clear a ramp in a stunt involving a bike rider and three members of the public during a performance by Nitro Circus on Thursday evening.
The Scottish Ambulance Service said it took one male patient to Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Another casualty was taken to the same hospital by private ambulance. All four - who were were wearing protective suits and helmets - fell.
They are thought to have been volunteers from the audience. One man is believed to have a hip injury and the other facial injuries.
