More than 800 homes without power in Southeast and Southwest D.C.
Version 0 of 1. More than 800 homes and businesses around South Capitol Street have lost power due to a circuit-breaker problem. A Pepco spokesman said that the problem started on Tuesday afternoon, and the power company hopes to figure out what is wrong and repair it by 9 p.m. The spokesman listed the streets where a total of 829 Pepco customers have lost power: South Capitol Street, 1st Street SE, Elmira Street SE, Halley Terrace SE, Livingston Road SE, Darrington Street SW, Forrester Street SW, Galveston Place SW and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SW. |
