(about 1 hour later)
Labour has made six promises to boost prosperity and opportunity if it wins the assembly election. Labour needs another five years in power to complete a "decade of delivery", the first minister has said.
First Minister Carwyn Jones visited the Airbus plant in Flintshire on Monday to highlight a pledge to create 100,000 new apprenticeships. Improved school standards, new NHS treatments and 100,000 apprenticeships were among six election pledges for prosperity unveiled by Carwyn Jones.
Improved school standards, new NHS treatments, and help for parents and older people were also promised. He also promised free childcare and help for older people selling homes to pay for care if Labour wins in May.
