The identity of the other men are unknown.  He is believed to have escaped and is being treated as a fugitive. 
Shortly after the attacks on the airport, another explosion was reported at the Maalbeek (Maelbeek) station, near the European Council headquarters and other EU buildings.  The two men on the left are thought to be wearing gloves on their left hands only and holding detonators.
