Police did not detail what sparked the road rage. Prince William County police took the woman into custody near her house in Woodbridge on Friday afternoon, police said. An emergency custody order was issued for the woman and she was transported to a local facility for a mental evaluation. Police said the woman would not be charged.
Police describe her as a white female with blonde hair. She is 5 foot 6 to 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. She was wearing a neon lime green top, and her convertible had its top down at the time of the incident.
