At least 25 people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack in Baghdad, Iraq. At least 25 people have been killed in a suicide bomb attack in a village south of Baghdad, Iraq.
The suicide bomber blew himself up in a crowd after a local football game, in a village near Iskandariyah, a town around 40 kilometres (25 miles) south of the capital.
"They were just handing the trophy to the winners, the suicide attacker blew himself up in the crowd," Al-Asriya, a police captain from the village, told Agence France Presse, Yahoo News reported.
More than 50 were injured in the blast, he added.
