Three men charged with terror offences in Belgium Brussels attacks: Police release video of third airport attacker

Three men have been charged with terrorism offences in the aftermath of the Brussels attacks, prosecutors said. Belgian police have released CCTV footage in an attempt to identify the third attacker at Brussels airport, whose bomb did not explode and who fled the scene.
