A man has been charged with murder after a body was found in a woodland stream in Surrey. A 21-year-old man charged with murder after a man's body was found in a stream has been remanded in custody.

Richard Taylor, 21, of no fixed address, is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court later. His family said he was a "kind man who would go out of his way to help people".
