Three arrested after bus stolen in Coseley

Officers were alerted to the theft of the single-decker vehicle from a yard in Coseley on Wednesday evening. The bus was spotted about 10 miles (16.09km) away driving on the A41 near Albrighton, in Shropshire, in the early hours of Thursday. It was eventually stopped on Foundry Street in Coseley later that morning, a West Midlands Police spokesman said. Sgt Karn Sharma, from West Midlands Police, said there were "an unusual set of circumstances" surrounding the theft, adding officers were would welcome any information from witnesses. |
