Two people were wounded Friday night in an attack on Glebe Road near Arlington Boulevard, in Arlington, authorities said. A man was killed Friday night in Arlington in a double stabbing, authorities said.
One of the two was in serious and possibly life-threatening condition, the fire department said. Deputy Arlington police chief Daniel Murry said the two men were stabbed about 8 p.m. near 3rd Street and South Glebe Road.
The other suffered minor injuries. At least one atttacker stabbed both.
The attack apparently occurred about 8 p.m. on S. Glebe Road, in a residential area just south of Arlington Boulevard. The second man suffered injuries that w ere not life-threatening, Murray said.
Police went to the area after a fight was reported.
