| Police said they were first made aware of the case involving Evans in February. They said a 14-year-old girl from Montgomery County first met the suspect in June 2015, when she replied to a Craigslist ad soliciting young models. Police said she conversed with the man over the social media site Kik. Police said they confirmed that the “Roddanger86” username on Kik belonged to Evans. Police also said that the victim contacted Evans through email and Kik and told him she was 14 years old. | |
