Two killed in north east crashes Family speaks of accident grief

Two passengers have been killed in separate road crashes within 20 minutes of each other in the north east. Relatives of a young man killed in a weekend road crash have spoken of their grief at his loss.
A 25-year-old man died in an incident on the A98 near the village of Connage, near Buckie, just after midnight. Two people received minor injuries. Jody Longmore, 25, from Buckie, died on the A98 near Connage. Two people suffered minor injuries.
Later, Gary Sinclair, 33, of Elgin, died in a one-car crash on the B9013 at its junction with the A96 near Elgin. Shortly afterwards Gary Sinclair, 33, from Elgin, died in a one-car crash on the B9013 near the town.
Three other people in the car were hurt, but their injuries were not said to be serious. The family of Mr Longmore said in a statement: "This is a desperate time for us all. Jody's tragic loss has left us devastated."
