More to follow. Woods, who was two shots off the lead at the halfway point after a second-round 64, said his wayward 73 in windy conditions on Saturday had cost him his chance of victory.
"I wasn't quite good enough," Woods said. "Yesterday just killed me.
"I was so far back and Yang just played a great stretch of holes and just put it out of reach for all of us that were six or seven under trying to make a run at him."
Yang was one behind Goosen starting the final day.
He birdied the second hole and then finished the front nine with a four-under-par 32 after another three in a row.
He led the field by four strokes before hitting bogeys on the 16th and 17th, but held on to sink an eight-foot par putt on the 18th.
Campbell, who was 19th overnight, equalled the course record hit by Woods and Henrik Stenson on Friday to rise up the leaderboard.
