A friend of Kevin and Allan Wild has told a court that after hearing about the brothers’ encounter with a 14-year-old schoolgirl in a Geelong park he believed they had gang raped her.

Witness Lynton Gyucha was drinking at the home of Allan Mark Wild, 30, with others on 1 November 2015 several hours after the alleged attack, where he heard they had met a girl in a park.
Kevin Andrew Wild, 29, Allan Wild, and Brodie Mark Wild, 20, are charged with multiple counts of rape, sexual penetration and detaining a 14-year-old girl against her will.
Kevin Wild is also charged with assault and faces a total of 16 charges.
His brothers each face 11 charges.
When defence barrister Theo Kassimatis asked Mr Gyucha if he believed what was being described was gang rape, he replied: “I know the difference between right and wrong and after talking about it ... after hearing her age, I did.”
“It was never said to me that she was up for it,” Gyucha told a committal hearing in the Melbourne magistrates court.
Another witness said he heard one of the brothers joking they should have obtained a consent form from the girl’s parents.
James Borthwick, who was with Allan and Kevin Wild on the afternoon of November 1, said Allan took him into his house and told him Kevin met a girl in a Geelong park and “picked her up and whisked her away”.
There was a boy in the park with the girl who told them to stop, but they ignored him, Borthwick said.
“Kevin pushed him to the ground. Then they took her,” the former housemate of Allan Wild said.
“I found out the age of the girl inside.”
He said when he came back out of the house, Kevin made a joke about buying Dora the Explorer underwear for the girl – though Borthwick later said he didn’t know exactly who that comment was in reference to.
“They were making jokes about the night before – telling me what happened,” Mr Borthwick said.
“I can remember Kevin saying maybe we should have gotten a consent form from her parents,” he said in his statement.
Borthwick said Allan told him the girl was willing and said it was the first time he had a threesome with his brother.
Allan said to Borthwick the worst thing was when he found out the girl was 14, Borthwick said.
