Speaking ahead of a Leave campaign visit to Caerphilly on Thursday, Mr Grayling said: "The crisis in the Eurozone and the migration challenge have led to calls for still more integration and a move towards much greater political union. Mr Grayling and his fellow Brexit vote campaigners gatherer around the Tommy Cooper statue in Caerphilly on Thursday morning, with drivers tooting their horns as they drove past.
"It is a path that the UK will not and should not follow. "This is a battle between those who don't like the European Union and say we should definitely leave, and those who don't like the European Union but say 'oh well, we should stay'," he said.
"We have provided assurances that Wales would continue to receive at least the same level of funding if the UK votes to leave. "I have to say there is little support for the EU anywhere in the United Kingdom."
"The case for Brexit is an overwhelmingly positive one that I will continue to make until polling day on June 23." Mr Grayling added: "I know how tough it is in parts of the valleys, I've been here many times before.
"I've seen some of the challenges in and around this area.
"I've spoken to some of the people who face the consequences of migration into this area."
