Arrest after body found at house

The body of a 47-year-old man has been found at a house in Bellshill, Lanarkshire.

It was discovered in a property on Babylon Road in the early hours of Sunday.

Strathclyde Police said a 43-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the death.

A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal and the unnamed man is expected to appear before Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday.
